Martin Mehalchin is a semi-retired strategy consultant and investor. During his career in management consulting Martin focused on advising large, global brands (Nike, Vans, the NBA and others) on their customer experience (CX) and consumer loyalty strategies. He was a Partner at Lenati, an award winning boutique consultancy and an Executive Vice President at Concentrix, the world’s largest CX outsourcing provider.

Martin was raised in an international family with strong ties to Europe. He is a dual citizen of the US and the European Union. He was an IAFS student as well as an exchange student in Germany during the immediate aftermath of the fall of the Berlin Wall. These formative experiences led to his life-long, keen interest in the democratic and economic development of Europe, particularly the newer democracies of the former Warsaw Pact.

Martin’s second passion is the environment and sustainability. He has previously served as a Board Director and Officer of the North Cascades Institute and the Kulshan Carbon Trust.

Martin and his wife have two adult children and they divide their time between homes in Northern Italy and the Puget Sound Region of Washington State.
