Body Positive at CU Boulder is a free workshop series that meets once a week for four weeks (2/28 - 3/21) for an hour, focusing on:
- Demystifying messages about health, weight, beauty, exercise and identity
- Knowing how to make lasting positive changes in eating and exercise behaviors that are healthier and more sustainable than fad diets and unrealistic fitness programs.
- Self-care through exercise and food.
- Self-love and appreciation
- Honor our bodies’ wisdom
- Improve self-care behaviors
- Build community
- Eat, move and live intuitively.
Each session is co-led by a registered dietician nutritionist (RDN) and a psychologist.
