Body Positive Workshop

Weekly schedule:

All sessions will take place at the Rec Center from 4 to 5 p.m.

  • 3/14: Intuitive self-care

  • 3/21: Reclaiming your health
    • Location: Outdoor Program classroom, room 208

Body Positive at CU Boulder is a free workshop series that meets once a week for four weeks (2/28 - 3/21) for an hour, focusing on:

  • Demystifying messages about health, weight, beauty, exercise and identity
  • Knowing how to make lasting positive changes in eating and exercise behaviors that are healthier and more sustainable than fad diets and unrealistic fitness programs.
  • Self-care through exercise and food.
  • Self-love and appreciation
  • Honor our bodies’ wisdom
  • Improve self-care behaviors
  • Build community
  • Eat, move and live intuitively.

Each session is co-led by a registered dietician nutritionist (RDN) and a psychologist.
