Beta Iota Chapter
We were founded by Bettie Locke at Indiana Asbury in 1870. Our members strive for intellectual curiosity, commitment to service, leadership potential and personal excellence in each of our endeavors. We live by our motto to be leading women in our community and in the community at large.
Philanthropy
Theta raises money for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) who advocate for children in the foster care system, including making sure that they have someone to support them in court. We also raise money locally to support Boulder Voice’s for Children (BVFC). Our main philanthropy event is “KATwalk” in the spring, as well as various fall philanthropy events.
