Bio: Jackson Simon is a senior Mechanical Engineering student at The University of Colorado Boulder. From Fall 2020 to December 2022, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison in mechanical engineering where he was an aerodynamics and composites engineer for the Wisconsin Racing Formula SAE Team. He is interested in the design of rocket propulsion systems, the simulation of reacting compressible flows, and turbulence modeling. In his free time he enjoys skiing, rock climbing, biking, backpacking, cooking and taking my dog on walks.
