Dr. Gopinath holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and SM and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). For several years, she was a member of technical staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. She is now a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder in electrical, computer and energy engineering; physics; and materials science.
