“Land of Plenty” Issue Guide Testing

During Sept. 2016, BoulderTalks associate director Jeff Motter and CU Dialogues co-director Karen Ramirez will host two discussion groups about access to healthy food on the Front Range. These groups will meet in Colorado Springs and Boulder to test the Kettering Foundation’s National Issues Forum discussion guide “Land of Plenty: How can we improve access to the food we need?” Both discussions will focus on senior citizens’ access to healthy food and will play a central role in revising the issue guide prior to its use in communities throughout the United States.
