Maggie Watson

Maggie Watson is the Student Volunteer Coordinator for the Conference on World Affairs. She is a published writer and honors student pursuing a B.A. in Anthropology and English, creative writing.

 

Outside of her studies, Maggie serves as president of the university’s Anthropology Club. She also works as an editor for the Arts and Sciences Honors Journal and interns with the French and Italian department, engaging with a wide range of academic and creative projects. This past summer, she co-founded the Longmont All Star Jazz Band, an arts nonprofit, where she now manages outreach and social media.

 

Originally from Kansas City, Maggie attended high school in Colorado and has embraced everything the state offers. In her free time, she enjoys playing jazz at local venues, exploring the food scene, and experiencing Colorado’s scenic beauty through hiking and skiing.
