Lynn Warshafsky

Lynn is an accomplished nonprofit consultant, adept at working with nonprofit, philanthropic, academic, and civic organizations with diverse missions, while specializing in participatory art practices and the intersection between the arts, well-being, and creative youth development. Lynn is also a mentor to students in Harvard University’s M.S. in Media, Medicine, and Health program.

Lynn was the Founding Director of Venice Arts, a youth media arts organization, designing its nationally recognized Media Arts Education and Mentoring programs, its Center for Creative Workforce Equity, and its global programs for NGO partners interested in harnessing the power of storytelling. She was a Fellow at the USC Annenberg School, and held faculty and trainer positions at UCLA’s Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She has been an invited speaker on visual communication and social change, among other related topics at the Aspen Institute, Colorado College, Stanford University, UCLA, and USC, among others.
