Joshua A. Levy is a partner at Levy Firestone Muse LLP, a Washington, DC law firm that specializes in litigation and government investigations. He served as counsel for two U.S. senators and is a member of the Georgetown Law adjunct faculty. Mr. Levy also sits on the boards of nonprofits, Tzedek DC and the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs.

Mr. Levy has represented clients across the political spectrum in a host of Washington, DC-based investigations, such as the 2008 financial collapse, Afghanistan security contracting, Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the 2016 election, Hunter Biden and Burisma, the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, PGA-LIV.

Mr. Levy has also co-led an investigation, on behalf of the Rwandan government, into the role of the French government in the Genocide against the Tutsi. And he has co-led an investigation on behalf of the Major League Baseball Players Association, into the alleged conduct of baseball player agents in the Biogenesis scandal. He also co-led an investigation into the inhumane and dangerous conditions at USP Thomson, leading to its shuttering by the Bureau of Prisons.
