János Zoltán Csák

János Zoltán Csák, economist and sociologist, honorary professor of management, and author, served as Ambassador of Hungary to the United Kingdom from 2011 to 2014, and Minister of Culture and Innovation between 2022 to 2024. Currently, he is the Head of the International Leadership Centre at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, Hungary, and remains active as a consultant and author. He focuses on organizational capabilities and leadership development. During his career, he has worked as Chairman, CEO, and non-executive board member in a number of companies in the energy, telecommunications, banking, and academic sectors in Europe, North America, and Australia. In 2009–2010, he was a visiting scholar at The Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC and at the Acton Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is the author of several essays and studies, including The Genius of America, which was published in the United States in 2024.
