Hillary Rosner

Hillary Rosner is assistant director of the Center for Environmental Journalism at CU Boulder. An award-winning science journalist with more than two decades of experience covering environmental issues, she has reported from around the world for National Geographic, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Scientific American, High Country News, Wired, Men’s Journal, Audubon, bioGraphic and many other publications. Her first book, about wildlife corridors and how to reconnect the planet so that nonhuman species can continue to move and survive, will be published by Patagonia Books in 2025. Rosner was a Ted Scripps fellow in 2018–19, before joining the faculty of the journalism department in the College of Media, Communication and Information.
