Cynthia James

Cynthia James is an Emotional Integration Leadership Coach, speaker, performing artist, and multiple award-winning author dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, compassion, and courage. She is the author of several acclaimed books, including I Choose Me: The Art of Being a Phenomenally Successful Woman at Home and at Work, What Will Set You Free?, Revealing Your Extraordinary Essence, Does My Voice Matter? A Journey of Self-Discovery, Authenticity and Empowerment, and her latest award-winning work, The Kingdom of Magic and Mystery.

Cynthia’s Advanced Awareness and Clarity Coaching is known for delivering depth, focus, and measurable results for high-level leaders and organizations. She has served as guest faculty at the Colorado School of Mines in the Science and Spirituality curriculum and is a member of the Teaching With Heart faculty team under a Templeton-funded grant. She is also currently serving as guest faculty on a grant from Wake Forest University to Virginia Tech, researching compassion in STEM education. Cynthia holds two master’s degrees—one in Consciousness Studies from the Holmes Institute, where she was honored as Distinguished Alumnus, and another in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Her work bridges science, leadership, and inner transformation, inviting people to lead from wholeness and purpose.
