head registrar and collection manager
Maggie Mazzullo, our collections manager and registrar, has been working in the museum field for more than 15 years. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in 1992 and a master’s from Syracuse University in 1994. She has an established knowledge of art handling, object transport, database management, collections documentation and image rights management, among other museum procedures and best practices. Maggie served for two years as a field reviewer for IMLS Museums for America grant proposals. She currently serves on the board at Spark Gallery in Denver, and serves on the programming committee for the Mountain Plains Museum Association. She is also an unofficial expert on historical aero-transportation.
