Accommodations
We're looking forward to welcoming you to Boulder for RMC 2022! We have a variety of accommodation options available including on-campus housing and discounted hotel room. Please note that accommodations are not included in your conference registration and must be purchased separately.

On-Campus Lodging & Dining Package (Not included in registration)
3-night Package Accommodation - Arrival*: June 12, Departure June 15th, 2022 and Dining Package: June 13-15 - Breakfast (3) and Lunch (3)
All rooms utilize shared community bathrooms per hallway or wing. A linen packet consisting of one set of sheets, two towels, one washcloth, a pillow, a pillowcase, and a blanket is included with the lodging & dining package. The linen packet is for the duration of the event. Room furnishings include an extra-long twin bed at a height of 35″ (2’11’), a dresser, bookcase, desk with desk chair, closet and a micro-fridge. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Access to the CU Recreation Center is included in the nightly lodging.
Single – Lodging & Dining Package with linen packet = $263.45/person with tax. Credit card payment is required when making your reservation.
*Early arrival available for June 10 and June 11 and late departure for June 16 and June 17 at additional cost. Meals are not included in early arrivals or late departures. Single – $50.52/person/night with tax – no meals
Registration for on-campus lodging and dining will be available until 11:59pm MDT (UTC-6) on June 3, 2022 or until sold out.
On-Campus parking will need to be paid for separately. A link to purchase parking will be sent to those that have purchased housing by June 1, 2022.
