Elise Crane

For three years Elise Crane (IntlAf’06) represented a media organization in Prague before pursuing a master’s degree. In May she graduated from Tufts’ Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and immediately began training with the Foreign Service. She is the press officer at the U.S. Embassy in Kampala, Uganda. Elise vividly remembers attending a 2003 presentation on the Foreign Service in CU-Boulder’s Hale Science building during which she swore she’d never go through the hassles of the exam process. She writes she is glad she changed her mind.
