Christine Peck (EPOBio’01) co-founded St Hildie’s, an award-winning, zero-sugar spiked tonic composed of botanical ingredients, attracting partnerships with major retailers like Whole Foods and Erewhon. The venture aligns with Peck’s passion for health and wellness. Peck credits her time at CU studying biology as the inspiration for her journey into entrepreneurship.
