Four of CU Boulder’s five Nobel Prize winners stroll the campus together, nodding to a certain 1969 Beatles album cover.
They are, left to right, David Wineland (physics, 2012), Carl Wieman (physics, 2001), Eric Cornell (physics, 2001) and Thomas Cech (chemistry, 1989). Jan Hall (physics, 2005), CU’s fifth Nobelist, was unable to attend.
