Nicole Laverty joined the Center for Inclusion and Social Change team in April of 2021. As a student-centered professional, Nicole’s personal philosophy is best described by the phrase “My destiny is to help students find theirs.” She is dedicated to building community and providing inclusive educational opportunities for students to engage in social change.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of West Georgia, with a minor in Spanish. In 2019, she earned a Master of Arts in higher education administration at Loyola Marymount University. Nicole is from La Habra, California, and spends her spare time focusing on her health and wellness, reading and enjoying time with her family.
