Philosophy
Dan Kaufman (Ph.D. UMass, 2000) is Associate Professor of Philosophy. His research focuses on 17th-century philosophy, especially the metaphysics of Descartes, Locke, and Leibniz. He is also interested in contemporary metaphysics, medieval philosophy, and philosophical theology.
