The Lullaby Project is an amazing opportunity to create music that will stay with mothers and children for their whole lives. I can't wait to be a part of the project because it's a concrete way we can use our skills as musicians to bring families together during these times. It's a beautiful way to foster one of the most important relationships we as humans know – those between parents and children.

Raised in Nisswa, Minnesota, Claire Gunsbury is currently pursuing degrees in Flute Performance and Musicology and a Music Entrepreneurship Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder under the guidance of Christina Jennings. She is the 2017-2021 recipient of the Sher Distinguished Musician Scholarship at CU and is an avid chamber musician, currently performing with harpist Shelby Roberts in the Lark and Sparrow Duo. Passionate about new music and musician's wellness, she has premiered new student works for flute through the Pendulum New Music series at CU and recently earned a Performing Arts Health Certificate through the Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA). Claire has been an advocate for youth music education and featured soloist at the Lakes Area Music Festival in her hometown of Nisswa, and has most recently attended the Texas Music Festival, Panoramic Flutist, and Pender Island Flute Retreat. Her primary teachers include Christina Jennings, Immanuel Davis, Alicia McQuerrey, and Julie Johnson, and she maintains a small private studio of young flutists. For more visit clairegunsbury.com
