Ashley Santore

I am excited to join the lullaby project as a teaching artist because I find writing music to connect families to be meaningful, fulfilling work. It combines many things that I hold dear including music, family, and creative communication. I can’t wait to be part of such an innovative team doing work that we all truly love.

Ashley Santore is a master’s student studying viola performance and pedagogy under Ericka Eckert at the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to her graduate studies, Santore earned a bachelor’s degree in viola performance with a minor in history from Texas Christian University, where she graduated with honors in 2019. Despite her classical roots, she is a long-time lover of popular music and is excited to utilize her knowledge of both genres as a teaching artist for the lullaby project.
