In providing psychotherapy at CU, I have the great opportunity to help students explore and learn about themselves. I rely on contemplative teachings as a foundation of my work and employ their depth as means of cultivating the therapeutic process. It is quite exciting to support students in this way and reveal new possibilities and perspectives in service of their growth.

I have studied several forms of meditation and yoga since 1993, and I have taught these practices since 2000. Currently, I am pleased to guide a weekly meditation for the CU Community.  It is my hope that the Feel Good Friday meditation plays an important role in establishing opportunities for contemplative practice on campus while offering a relaxing break at the end of the week.
