I have my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health in the Transpersonal Psychology Department at Naropa University with a concentration in Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Counseling, (2018). Clinical Psychologist degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, (2014).

I have additional Training in Emotional Focused Therapy for Individuals and Couples; Emotional Focused Therapy for Anxiety and Depression; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression; Addictions Counseling; and Abortion Counseling. I have also studied and practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Family Therapy.

I held my private practice in Quito, Ecuador with the Spanish speaking population from 2014-2015. I have continued working as a Bilingual Counselor/Therapist in the the United States at a women’s clinic, and at an agency working with court mandated clients for Anger Management, Domestic Violence, and DUI’s.

Outside of FSAP, I enjoy being outdoors, especially near creeks, rivers and lakes. I am passionate about food, music, love and human interactions. I believe that the recipe for a healthy life involves curiosity and compassion.
