Morgan Nixon is a global educator and learning experience designer with over a decade of experience in education, course design, and digital innovation. Her career spans classrooms in South Korea, Japan, Peru, and India, as well as U.S. embassies and virtual spaces. With a commitment to transformative learning and goal-oriented content, Morgan blends her expertise in education, design thinking, and technology to create high-impact, human-centered learning experiences that inspire both personal and societal change.

Morgan’s work includes creating leadership-focused educational programs for prominent organizations such as Georgia State University, Kennesaw State University and the U.S. Department of State’s OPEN English Program where she designed courses in TESOL methodology, second language acquisition, culturally relevant pedagogy.

Morgan holds two advanced degrees: a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Southern California and a Master of Education in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Morgan’s interdisciplinary approach to education and personal development reflects her passion for creating system-level change. Whether designing online learning experiences or leading vision-boarding sessions, she prioritizes environments that empower individuals to take ownership of their journeys and realize their potential.
