Jennifer has a background in higher education, international education, and communications. She is passionate about learning new technologies to bridge cultures and improve student experiences.

Jennifer holds an M.A. in International & Intercultural Communications from the University of Denver and a B.A. in East Asian Studies, Chinese, and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has also served as an educational Peace Corps volunteer in the South Pacific kingdom of Tonga and an Assistant Language Teacher with the JET program in northern Japan.
