Tanya Greathouse
Director
Dr. Tanya Greathouse is the Director of the Center for Multicultural Affairs. She earned her BA in Sociology from University of Colorado at Boulder, a Master's in Social Work from University of Denver and a PhD in Clinical Social Work from Smith College. Dr. Greathouse has provided psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults for 27 years. She has worked at the University of Colorado at Boulder since 1994. Dr. Greathouse serves as a Faculty Field Advisor at the rank of Adjunct Associate Professor for Smith College School for Social Work and is a private psychotherapy practitioner in the Boulder area. She taught in the master's program at Smith College School for Social Work for 7 years and most recently in the Chancellor's Leadership Program and Sociology Department at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her curricula covered multicultural awareness in mental health issues, the intersections of race, class and gender in criminology and multicultural leadership qualities.
Justina Boyd
Student Services Advisor
Degrees Earned: Bachelor of Science, College of Business and Public Administration; and Master of Arts, College of Education - both from The University of Arizona.

Professional Experience: Prior to joining the Center for Multicultural Affairs, provided six years of service to the University of Colorado at Boulder in the area of undergraduate student development; three years with the Athletic Department, followed by three years with the Office of Undergraduate Education (Division of Academic Affairs, and previously the Division of Student Affairs). Prior to CU, served as an undergraduate program administrator in a variety of areas both at San Diego State University and The University of Arizona.
Cleo Estrada
Student Services Advisor
Cleopatra M. Estrada is an academic and program coordinator for the Center for Multicultural Affairs. After having earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling and Guidance at UC-Boulder, she is completing her Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Development at UC-Denver. Throughout her years on the UC-Boulder campus, Cleo has been instrumental in organizing numerous conferences, symposiums, gatherings, dialogues and diversity training in the areas of multicultural perspectives and building alliances.

A Colorado native, she was born and raised in Center, Colorado which in the San Luis Valley in southern Colorado.
Debbie Frazier
Student Services Advisor
Debra Frazier is the Outreach Coordinator of the Center for Multicultural Affairs. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation/Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She offers over 30 years of comprehensive experience in counseling and advising to prospective and current students and parents from all various backgrounds. Prior to joining the Center for Multicultural Affairs, she was the Outreach/Financial Aid counselor for over 14 years at UC-Boulder. Prior to CU she was a Counselor for a non- profit agency, Counselor for the Denver Homeless Shelter and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the State of Colorado.
Sue Lentz
Student Services Advisor
Sue McGilbray-Lentz is a student services advisor and is the coordinator the White Antelope Memorial Scholarship and the First Nations Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Science from the University of Oklahoma. Her Master’s degree is in Guidance and Counseling, with a special emphasis for Native American students and a minor in School Administration.

William James Takamatsu Thompson
Student Services Advisor
William James Takamatsu Thompson joined the Center for Multicultural Affairs as an Academic and Program Coordinator on January 12, 2009. A member of the teaching faculty at CU-Boulder since 2005, William also presently holds a joint appointment with the Department of Ethnic Studies and the Williams Village Leadership Studies Program. His areas of expertise are in multicultural leadership and social change, Asian American Studies, critical pedagogy, and social and economic inequality in regional, national and global contexts. He has lectured and presented on these areas at colleges and universities regionally and across the country, including the University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Metropolitan State College of Denver, the Colorado College, Colorado State University, and at annual meetings of the National Association for Asian American Studies, the American Studies Association, and the Western Social Science Association. From 1991-1996, William served as co-director of the Rocky Mountain Asian American Coalition, which was awarded the 1995 Ernest M. Pon Memorial Award from the National Association for Ethnic Studies for its commitment to advancing human rights and social and economic justice, and furthering research in Asian American studies.

Leslie Wong
Student Services Advisor
Leslie Wong is a student services advisor at CMA and works with the First Generation Scholars among many others. Having been at CMA for the past fourteen years, Leslie has been constantly inspired by the many talented students here at CU and that CMA serves. She was born and raised in Hawaii, and came to CU for her undergraduate degree and has been fortunate to be in a career that she loves. Leslie enjoys working with students on their educational and personal goals and welcomes you to stop in and visit at CMA!
