Discipline-Based Educational Research Seminar Series

DBER is a weekly Seminar Series for Faculty that emphasizes undergraduate discipline- based STEM education research. It is a forum for faculty interested in education research and course transformation. All are welcome to attend.

DBER is multi-disciplinary and often represents faculty from Engineering, Arts and Science, and the School of Education. On average, more than 20 faculty from 10 different STEM departments attend each seminar.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings take place every Tuesday from 3:00-4:00 PM in MCDB A120. A calendar of presentations is available on our Events page. If you are interested in presenting at DBER or want to join the DBER e-mail list, contact Mike Klymkowsky.
