Rodolfo L. Rodríguez is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Urban and Regional Planning at CU Denver and a Certificate of Public Health at CU Anschutz Medical Campus.  He is a community planner, designer, and researcher focused on the dynamic interaction between architecture, urban planning, public health, and social equity. Welcome Rodolfo!

Neda Peiravian is a visiting researcher at the CEDaR Resource Center, before joining the CEDaR she received her Bachelors degree in Sociology from Shiraz University and finished her MSc in urban and regional planning at the University of Birmingham.

The Lama Foundation Design-Build Project Featured in the Daily Camera

CU-Boulder students design, build hut for New Mexico retreat center

Eleven environmental design students from the University of Colorado are in New Mexico this month building a sustainable, 120-square-foot hut they designed and modeled last semester for a nonprofit retreat center.

Stanley King and Susan Chung Co-Design Workshop

During fall semester 2013, Stanley King and Susan Chung conducted a co-design workshop called Finding the Sweet Spot: Engaging Youth in the Design Dialogue for Planning their Neighborhoods, which presented a unique graphic method of visualizing how people aspire to use places. The workshop also showcased the means to work with youth to define a sweet spot that integrates their love for both nature and lively public spaces.
