International Phone Calls
Before you can make an international phone call using your on-campus phone, you will need to have your long distance phone code entered into the Cisco phone system. If your code hasn't been entered, contact OIT at (303)735-HELP or help@colorado.edu.
*Leave the receiver down while dialing*
dial phone number (including 011 and country code)
press #
wait 30 seconds or so
screen will direct you to enter your authorization code
enter your long distance code (you may need to press # after you enter your long distance code)
wait about 40 seconds, and the call should go through
