Carrie (Chorba) Fross has a PhD in Hispanic Studies from Brown University. She published a book on contemporary Mexico entitled “Mexico from Mestizo to Multicultural: National Identity and Recent Representations of the Conquest. Nashville, TN: Vanderbilt University Press, 2007.
Professor Fross has lived in Bogotá, Colombia (with a Fulbright), Santiago de Compostela, Spain and Mexico City.
She has taught Spanish at Brown, Middlebury and Claremont McKenna College.
She lives in Boulder with her husband, two daughters, dog (Noki), cats and guinea pig (Cheeto).
