Biography
Internationally recognized space physicist and academic leader with extensive experience building research capacity, training the next generation of scientists, and advancing international collaborations in space and planetary sciences. As former Director of LASP and now Director of the Colorado Space Policy Center, he has shaped national and international space research and policy agendas, while fostering innovation, interdisciplinary partnerships, and capacity building across academia, government, and industry.
