Danielle Felix serves as the Associate Director of Operations at the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute (RASEI) at the University of Colorado Boulder, a position held since the institute’s inception in 2010. Over the past 15 years, she has played a central role in the growth and evolution of RASEI, helping to establish it as a leading hub for interdisciplinary energy research and innovation.
Danielle Felix has been instrumental in strengthening RASEI’s long-standing partnership with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), fostering collaborative research programs and joint initiatives that advance energy technologies and policy. Her leadership has supported the launch and expansion of several strategic initiatives, including programs in education, community outreach, early career researcher programs and much more.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic planning, Danielle continues to guide RASEI’s mission to drive impactful, science-based solutions for a sustainable energy future. Her work bridges administrative strategy and operational excellence, helping advance RASEI to transform energy systems through innovation and partnership.
