Project Description 

The Professional Research Assistant develops technical content from NIST wildland urban interface research to support technology transfer through various media, including interactive webpages, factsheets, and infographics. Products include development of interactive infographics for communities with wildland urban interface fire hazards and their mitigation strategies. The PREP researcher is responsible for synthesizing technical messages and developing visual aids to communicate complex topics to a wide range of target audiences, including first responders, community planners, code officials, policy makers, and the public.
