The Boulder Police Department SWAT team is on scene at the
U Club Apartments, just east of Main Campus across U.S. 36 / 28th Street. Officers responded to a call of a person in distress at 820 28th St. Six people have been arrested and officers remain on scene. Boulder Police has asked the public to avoid the area, 28th Street Frontage Road from Baseline Road to Aurora Avenue.
