Education:
B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, University of Utah (Parkinson Lab)
PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, CU Boulder (Dowell Lab)
Research Interests:
I am interested in investigating the role of RNA binding activity in modulating the transcription factor activity of estrogen receptor alpha. To this end, I'm taking a multi-omics approach (PRO-seq and CUT&RUN) to measure transcription factor occupancy and its consequences on the transcriptome.
Other Interests: Hiking, gaming, metalworking, reading
