Telomere Biology

My research focuses on a mammalian protein complex which is vital for telomere maintenance and DNA replication, recombination and repair. I'm interested in the structure-function relationship and several mutations of the complex that confer disease models. Structural data and binding measurements can be used to better understand the role of the protein complex in telomere biology.
