Sam and Amy head to Woods Hole, MA to visit the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) and teach a course and lab on FRET biosensors as part of the MBL Analytical and Quantitative Microscopy Course! Amy gives a lecture on fluorescent tools for biological imaging and then leads a lab with Sam to teach students how to carry out in situ zinc calibrations!
