This report offers a series of recommendations for next steps toward a just transition. The report is informed by Boulder City's 2016 Climate Action Plan, Ciplet Lab, JTC expertise, and invaluable input and recommendations from Climate Justice Leaders. It addresses the importance of leading sustainability efforts with equity in order to insure that policies, programs and participation are inclusive of all communities.
