The HealthBuffs peer education program aims to enhance the health and wellness of CU students through peer-led programming and outreach. It includes peer educators, peer wellness coaches, and volunteers. Our students help their fellow Buffs in making informed decisions in a wide range of wellness areas, including:

  • Self-care
  • Sleep
  • Illness prevention

  • Alcohol and other drugs
  • Sexual health and relationships
  • Suicide prevention
