Health Promotion offers free health and wellness supplies across campus to help support your well‑being—whether you’re feeling sick, stressed or just need a few essentials. 

Explore what’s available and find what works for you. 

Buff Boxes (On‑Campus Residents)

Buff Boxes are free care packages available to students living on campus. They’re delivered to your nearest residence hall front desk on Mondays and Thursdays. 

Each box focuses on a specific health topic and includes supplies and helpful information.

Buff Box orders are closed until the start of the fall 2026 semester. Stop by the Wellness Suite on the 3rd floor of Wardenburg Health Center to get free health supplies.

Sexy Swag Box

Looking for safer‑sex supplies and tips? This box includes: 

  • Assortment of condoms 
  • Water‑ and silicone‑based lube 
  • Finger cots 
  • Dental dams 
  • Communication tips 
Stay Healthy Box

Feeling under the weather? This box includes supplies for cold, flu and COVID care: 

  • Tissues 
  • Honey sticks 
  • Hand sanitizer 
  • Tea 
  • Salt 
  • Toothbrush covers 
  • Cough drops 
  • Disposable thermometer 
Stress and Sleep Box

Feeling overwhelmed or having trouble resting? This box includes items to help you relax: 

  • Glitter bottle 
  • Tea 
  • Creative expression supplies 
  • Fidget device 
  • Ear plugs 
  • Eye mask 
  • Lavender aromatherapy roller 
Safer Night Out Box

Look out for yourself and your fellow Buffs with these items that can help you have fun and stay safe: 

  • Naloxone 
  • Fentanyl test strips 
  • Electrolyte packets 

Fentanyl test strips are also available on the third floor of Wardenburg. 

Vending Machines

Free health and wellness supplies are available through vending machines located at: 

  • Norlin Library 
  • Village Center 

Supplies are free, but you’ll need your Buff OneCard to access the machines. Faculty, staff and students can utilize the vending machine.

Wellness Spaces

Free health and wellness supplies are available at Health Promotion wellness spaces, including: 

  • Wardenburg Health Center 
  • Village Center 

Free naloxone and fentanyl test strips are also available at the Health Promotion front desk. These spaces offer easy access to supplies in a welcoming, supportive environment.
