Coaching

Health Promotion offers coaching services to support student well‑being at CU Boulder. Whether you want to build healthier habits, reduce stress, explore your nicotine use or get support with day‑to‑day challenges, coaching is a place to talk with someone who will listen, understand and help you make a plan that works for you.

Peer Wellness Coaching is a free service available to all CU Boulder students. Peer wellness coaches work one‑on‑one with students to help them set meaningful wellness goals, build new habits and navigate life during college.

Nicotine Coaching offers a supportive, judgment‑free space to explore your nicotine use and consider what changes—if any—you want to make.

You’ll meet one‑on‑one with a trained CU staff facilitator who can help you reflect on your habits, talk through options and build a personalized plan.

CU Boulder offers a variety of classes, workshops and presentations to support students as they reflect on their relationship with alcohol and other substance use.
