In this dynamic class, the theater will be a medium to learn the language and attain a greater confidence in speaking Italian. You will get to know the
beginning of the Italian professional theatre (Commedia dell’Arte), the greates
t Italian playwright of the XVIII century (C. Goldoni), and one of the funniest playwrights of the XX century (A. Campanile).
Exercises for improving pronunciation and some acting training will be part of this course. The culmination of this class will be the staging of a performance in Italian.
Lectures and lab will be taught in Italian.
