New Users

Send a request to erahelp@colorado.edu with the following information:

• Name
• Employee ID
  • Note: If the requester does not have an employee ID, they will need to request a POI# with "Electronic Research Admin" privileges from the department Personnel Payroll Liaison (PPL).
• Department
• Job Title
• Purpose for Access

Request Access to Additional Departments - For Current Users

Submit the information below to request access to view data associated with departments other than the one with which you are primarily associated. After submitting the requested information below, you will be directed to electronically sign a form via DocuSign. After the required approvals are given, the eRA helpdesk will provide access within 24hrs.
