Leah McDaniel Parvez serves as the executive assistant to the senior vice chancellor for diversity, equity and inclusion. McDaniel Parvez serves on Staff Council and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from CU Boulder. Before coming to CU, she worked in the private sector in financial project management and people management roles. She loves hiking, camping and adventuring with her partner.
