Melanie Hildebrandt

Melanie Hildebrandt (she/her) has maintained a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging learning spaces throughout her career as a university professor and consultant. Trained as a facilitator in intergroup dialogue, Melanie is passionate about designing innovative curricula, reflective practices, and pedagogical strategies to make college classrooms, workshops and other learning spaces collaborative, accessible and relevant to all participants.  Melanie’s professional background includes a PhD in Sociology from Columbia University, a BA in French from the University of New Hampshire, and over twenty years of classroom teaching, curriculum development and community-engaged programming.
