Collaborators in Inclusive Pedagogy Workshop

In January 2017 we collaborated with the Student Academic Success Center (SASC) to develop a Bringing Theory to Practice grant-funded workshop: “Be the Change: Practicing Inclusive Excellence for Student Success and Faculty Well-Being.” This workshop brought together instructors from three teaching groups on campus – faculty instructors, graduate student lecturers, and undergraduate teaching assistants – to learn from each other’s institutional experience of inclusive pedagogies and develop their professional practice making excellence inclusive. We organized and facilitated dialogues as a central component of this highly successful day-long workshop. SASC has received additional grant support to run this workshop again in 2017-18 and has included CU Dialogues as a key collaborator in the next iteration of the project.
