Her commitment to systemic change began with her co-creating of "BVSD Survivors", a Title IX advocacy group that successfully implemented policy revisions at Boulder Valley School District. She has been selected for the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy and Research Organization's "Capitol Fellowship Program", joining the graduating class of 2025. Following the fellowship, she will pursue her Master of Social Work in Policy Practice at Columbia University, beginning Summer 2025.
