The Center for Inclusion and Social Change (Center) is committed to providing quality development opportunities for students, as well as staff/faculty who seek to enhance their support for students of diverse backgrounds. Contributing to creating a more inclusive campus in which all students thrive and feel a sense of belonging is the Center's goal. Throughout the academic year, the Center offers monthly trainings that facilitate the understanding of best practices that lead to inclusive learning and work environmets at CU Boulder. Areas of focus include gender and sexual diversity, race and colorism, and intersectionality. Workshops are led by Center staff who often co-facilitate with student peer education team members.
