Welcome Buffs! The Office of First-Generation Programs and Enrichment within the Center for Inclusion and Social Change (CISC) is proud to present the First-Generation Faculty and Staff Directory. As part of CU Boulder’s commitment to support first-generation students both in and out of the classroom, our office is leading the effort to compile and maintain an updated list of faculty and staff who are the first in their families to go to college. Additionally, you will find allies of the first-generation community who may not be first-generation but strive to intentionally support this amazing population at CU Boulder.
We believe that highlighting the first-generation identity of faculty and staff members will not only encourage first-generation Buffs to reach out and seek even more support on campus, but also creates space to build a larger first-generation community at CU Boulder.

- Tab 1 - Full Directory: This is your one-stop shop for all first-generation faculty, staff and allies.
- Tab 2 - First-Gen Faculty: This highlights all first-generation faculty members who were the first in their families to go to college.
- Tab 3 - First-Gen Staff: This highlights all first-generation staff members who were the first in their families to go to college.
- Tab 4 - Allies, Faculty: This highlights all faculty members who are allies of the first-generation community. While they may not have been the first in their families to go to college, they want to intentionally support you at CU Boulder.
