Cynthia Hunnicutt
Data Quality Coordinator

With an interest in the Spanish-English bilingual population, Cynthia began her career in Speech-Language Pathology 20 years ago working on a dual language assessment team in the Washington DC area. She switched gears and began to focus on the D/deaf and hard of hearing population while working at Gallaudet University's Model Secondary School for the Deaf and Kendall Demonstration Elementary School, learning American Sign Language along the way. After moving to Colorado, she supervised graduate students at the  Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic at the University of Colorado-Boulder and worked as a regional coordinator for early intervention services through the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind. In addition to her work with ODDACE, Cynthia currently provides early intervention services to families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Educational Background: University of Virginia, Arizona State University

Cynthia traveled the around world for 365 days in 2005 on airplanes, trains, boats, and bicycles, visiting 25 countries, searching for the best local vegetarian cuisine.
